Mid-Columbia Children's Council (MCCC) is a local non-profit organization ensuring families have the tools to nurture their child's developmental success. MCCC offers free pre-natal programs for expecting mothers, developmental programs for children ages 0-3 and pre-kindergarten programs for children ages 3-5. Contact us for more information.
