Columbia Basin Care is the region's only independent, not-for-profit, nursing facility providing short-stay rehabilitation and long-term care -- and the only facility with its own geriatric nurse practitioner, working with our medical team to ensure professional comprehensive care. Columbia Basin Care offers around-the-clock medical care, private and semi-private rooms, fresh nutritious meals, fun activities, and a beautiful courtyard and patio.

The Oregon Veterans Home truly is "The place where honor lives." Our care facility honors the sacrifices of veterans and recognizes their dedicated service to our nation. We provide compassionate long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and memory care for up to 151 residents, including veterans, spouses, and parents who have lost a child due to wartime service.
